Ancestral Spritzeria is a spritz bar in Algirós, Valencia: a Mediterranean spot for aperitivo, with a menu built around the spritz and local produce.

27 spritzes on the menu from €4.50: bitter, fruity, specials and alcohol-free.
Valencian touches: our take on Agua de Valencia, Valencian vermouth, cava and Tyris beer.
DO Utiel-Requena wines, natural wines and ancestral-method sparkling.
To share: focaccias, empanadas, a board of Iberian cured meats and cheeses, and Xips Ancestral.

Spritz Lab and Spritz of the Week

On Mondays and Tuesdays the bar is reserved for the Spritz Lab, a session where you create your own spritz with us — book your place on WhatsApp. The Spritz of the Week is announced on our Instagram.
